Chelsea Set To Start Battle For Andriy Yarmolenko

Mourinho will have a tough time signing Ukraine international Andryi Yarmolenko who has just made Valencia’s transfer list. PSG are also big admirers of the right winger who is now looking like one of the most skillful, efficient and elegant attacking players in the world. The 25 year old who has impressed during his years spent playing for Dynamo Kyiv has just one year left of contract and is definitely planning a change in scenery. According to TalkSPORT, after 7 years spent in the Ukraine and especially with the crisis which has made the internal competition a lot more difficult, Yarmolenko is definitely going to find a new destination. Even though Chelsea have just signed Cuadrado and have Willian as a permanent solution, it seems that the Ukraine international is too good to pass up.

Yarmolenko has only played for Dynamo up until now where he managed an impressive 247 appearances, 91 goals and 61 assists. Even though some say it will not be as easy for him when playing for teams like Chelsea, PSG or Valencia, the truth is that he is not only immensely talented but also has a very strong character. Despite being younger than most of his teammates he has become the captain of the team and has shown leadership qualities and determination which you see in players like Ivanovic or Hazard. Hopefully Mourinho will convince Yarmolenko to come to London and impress the fans at Stamford Bridge on a regular basis.
