Chelsea First In Line To Sign Partizan Belgrade’s Rising Star, Danilo Pantic

Mourinho has decided to make the first transfer of the year. Chelsea will be signing 18 year old Danilo Pantic who will be a true bargain for the Blues. According to Metro, he will cost just under £700.000 after refusing to sign a new deal with his current club. Pantic is now part of the youth team and was offered a professional agreement which he refused in order to join a stronger team. The youngster who has made a dozen appearances for Partizan looks confident his place is in the Premier League.

There seems to be little room left for an alternative road ahead of the teenager who specifically refused to stay in Belgrade and has already said goodbye to his home country. The central midfielder who has been a member of every youth team representing his national team, is expected to be a great fit with the Blues. Similar to Matic but a bit quicker, the 18 year old is more than likely going to sign a deal this winter. He is expected to move to London from where he will be sent on a loan deal for a season or two just like most new-comers are. It is still to be seen which Premier League side will pick out the Serbian who looks ready to become a team regular for most of the teams in the lower part of the standings.
