Besiktas Set To Be New Home For Chelsea Loanees!

Chelsea have reached an agreement with Besiktas which could result in their younger players being sent on loan to Turkey to get some vital first-team experience. They already have 26 players out on loan this season and that number does not look like decreasing despite facing some heavy criticism for farming out youngsters.

Besiktas board member Erdal Torunogullari recently visited Stamford Bridge to seal the partnership, according to the Telegraph. The partnership will reportedly involve ‘close coordination’ between both clubs in terms of their acadamies, first teams, etc.

The Blues already have a tie-up with Vitesse which results in many young players joining the Dutch side to gain vital experience. The likes of Josh McEachran, Bernand Traore and Wallace are currently enjoying a loan spell with Vitesse.

However, Vitesse are not able to afford the high wages of these Chelsea youngsters but Besiktas are financially better equipped to accommodate the higher salaries. This new partnership with Besiktas will not affect the blues’ tie-up with Vitesse.
