Aston Villa Keen On Bringing In Chelsea’s Victor Moses

The 23 year old Victor Moses who has already managed to make an impressive number of Premier League appearances despite his young age, is set to move to Aston Villa for another loan deal. After struggling to make the team while at Chelsea and Liverpool, it seems that he will probably get a chance to become a team regular in the midlands. The winger made 23 appearances for the Blues and 19 appearances while on loan at Anfield. Despite his struggle to find a place in both sides being obvious, Aston Villa are determined to bring in Moses. According to the Telegraph, Paul Lambert already placed a bid for the Nigerian international and is now waiting for an answer.

Moses, who made his Premier League debut while he was 19, had impressed the Blues with his excellent games while under contract with Wigan Athletic. Even though he looked very promising, his form has fluctuated a lot over the past couple of seasons. Despite not looking like a sure thing, teams like Everton and Newcastle look keen on outbidding Villa for his signature. It is now up to Mourinho to decide where Moses will end up.

Everton might be out of the question considering the fact that they will represent a direct competitor for Chelsea. Mourinho will probably allow Moses to join a team which is expected to finish in the lower part of the table so as not to give direct adversaries a way to improve their squad. Aston Villa who are clear favorites to sign Moses are set to return from the US and negotiate a possible move.
