Arsenal, Chelsea Monitoring Valencia Striker!

The 21-year-old Paco Alcacer is a product of Valencia’s youth academy and his spent his entire footballing career, barring a loan spell at Getafe in 2012-13, with the Spanish side. He has represented Spain at all youth levels and recently earned his first two caps for the senior side in August.

The Spaniard has been offered fresh terms to stay at Valencia after making an explosive start to the season. However, he has stalled on signing a new deal which has alerted both Chelsea and Arsenal, according to Mirror.

Alcacer has a release clause of just £15 million and Valencia want to tie him down to a new contract and increase his buy-out clause. However, his hesitation in signing a new deal could enable the London rivals to activate the striker’s release clause in January.

Even though Mourinho finally seems happy with his strike force, it looks like he is finding it hard not to want to sign Paco Alcacer as he looks like such an awesome talent.
